WALKING TACOS

Perfect for any game day or party!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoon 'Rub with Love' Taco Spice
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 diced tomato
- ½ diced onion
- 1 can black beans
- 1 avocado
- 6 packages 1-ounce Fritos and/or Doritos
- Toppings:
- Shredded lettuce
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Sour cream
- Pico de gallo
- Sliced jalapeno
- Lime wedges
- Sprinkle of Taco Spice
DIRECTIONS
- In a large skillet, sauté onions and tomatoes until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add ground beef and taco spice and cook until browned.
- Drain if needed.
- Add black beans.
- Reduce heat; simmer uncovered until thickened.
- Cut open bags of chips lengthwise.
- Add beef mixture and top with selection of toppings and sprinkle with Taco Spice.
- Enjoy!
