VEGGIE RUB RANCH
A Tom Douglas® Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons ‘Rub with Love’ Veggie Rub
- 2 scallions, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Salt & pepper to taste
- ½ tablespoon tarragon, minced
DIRECTIONS
- Pulse Veggie Rub in spice grinder to break down the big seeds. Skip this step if you like the extra crunch and texture
- Place in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients and whisk together.
- Toss with your favorite salad mix or serve with crisp vegetables or chips.
