Hot Honey Grilled Corn
A Tom Douglas and Co.® Recipe
Makes 6 ears of corn
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 fresh ears of corn
- ‘Rub with Love’ Veggie Rub, to taste
- ½ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon Calabrian chilies
- Kosher Salt, to taste
- Fresh mint, torn to garnish
DIRECTIONS:
- Remove the husks and silk from the corn.
- Keep as much as the stalk end on the corn.
- Grill corn uncovered for about 10-15 minutes. Making sure to rotate every few minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl mix together honey and Calabrian chiles.
- Remove corn from grill when all sides have a bit of char to them.
- Plate corn.
- Brush with hot honey mixture.
- Salt corn and sprinkle with Veggie Rub
- Finish with torn mint leaves.
- Enjoy!
