Hot Honey Grilled Corn

A Tom Douglas and Co.® Recipe

Makes 6 ears of corn

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 6 fresh ears of corn
  • ‘Rub with Love’ Veggie Rub, to taste
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon Calabrian chilies  
  • Kosher Salt, to taste
  • Fresh mint, torn to garnish

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Remove the husks and silk from the corn.
  2. Keep as much as the stalk end on the corn.
  3. Grill corn uncovered for about 10-15 minutes. Making sure to rotate every few minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl mix together honey and Calabrian chiles.
  5. Remove corn from grill when all sides have a bit of char to them.
  6. Plate corn.
  7. Brush with hot honey mixture.
  8. Salt corn and sprinkle with Veggie Rub
  9. Finish with torn mint leaves.
  10. Enjoy!
