Elote Grilled Corn

Makes 6 

INGREDIENTS: 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Remove the husks and silk from the corn.
  2. Keep as much as the stalk end on the corn.
  3. Grill corn uncovered for about 10-15 minutes. Making sure to rotate every few minutes.
  4. Remove corn from grill when all sides have a bit of char to them.
  5. Plate corn.
  6. Salt corn and sprinkle with Fish Taco Spice.
  7. Next, cover with Kewpie Mayonnaise to tate.
  8. Sprinkle with Cotija Cheese crumbles.
  9. Finish with a generous squeeze of fresh lime.
  10. Enjoy!
