Final Four Chicken Sliders

INGREDIENTS: 

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  1. Shred the Chicken – Remove the meat from the rotisserie chicken and shred it into a bowl. Mix with Rub with Love Ancho Molasses BBQ Sauce.
  2. Make the Slaw – In a separate bowl, combine green cabbage, purple cabbage, carrots, mayo, and Frank’s hot sauce. Stir well.
  3. Toast the Rolls – Place Hawaiian rolls in the oven and toast until golden brown.
  4. Assemble the Sliders – Split the rolls, add BBQ chicken, and top with creamy slaw.
  5. Serve & Enjoy!
