Easy Deviled Eggs

INGREDIENTS:
- 6 eggs
- 3 tbsp mayo
- 1 ½ tsp Rub with Love Toasted Shallot Mustard
- Salt, to taste
- Rub with Love Smokey BBQ for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place eggs in a pot and cover with cold water.
- Bring to a boil, then remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10-12 minutes.
- Drain and run eggs under cold water, then peel.
- Cut eggs in half and remove yolks.
- In a bowl, mash yolks with mayo, Rub with Love Toasted Shallot Mustard, and salt until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with Rub with Love Smokey BBQ Rub rub and enjoy!
