You don’t turn 30 every day, but sometimes you do for a whole month! We will be celebrating the Palace Kitchen’s 30th anniversary during the month of March with a special 5 course tasting menu for only $30 big bucks.
- Meredith Dairy sheep’s milk grill toast, Holmquest orchards roasted hazelnuts, evoo
- Fire wilted escarole, rosemary butter beans, garlic chips
- Renewal Manila clam broth, Tom’s 2-year aged miso, shiitake mushrooms
- Applewood grilled lamb chop, turnip and fennel gratin, fried leeks, amaro gastric
- Basque cake, vanilla whip, anise hyssop
